Orders will typically be ready for pick up within 1-2 working days. Our customer services will confirm via what apps/phone/email.

DELIVERY TO HONG KONG LOCATIONS

Standard door-to-door delivery, for customers requiring delivery to apartment/house:

Delivery charge: around HK$100.00, which is depend on the gross weight

Order confirmed with payment before 9:00am

Region: Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/New Territories

Time of delivery: 18:00-23:00 on the order day; 10:30-17:00 on the next working day

Region: Ma Wan/Discovery Bay/Tung Chung

Time of delivery: 12:00-16:00 on every Tuesday / Thursday

S.F. Express (Including self-pickup/services center/locker pickup):

            Commercial/industrial areas: HK$30.00 

            S.F. services center/7-11/Circle K: HK$30.00

            Locker pickup: HK$30.00

DELIVERY TO MACAU/TAIWAN 

S.F. Express (Door-to-door services):

            Delivery charge:

            Macau – HK$50.00 for the first 1kg, parcel over 1kg will require extra charges

            Taiwan – HK$80.00 for the first 1kg, parcels over 1kg will require extra charges - ( not included taxes if need )
