RETURN POLICY

In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, we offer a 7 days return service (unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions or product description).

Goods maybe returned if they satisfy one or more of the following:

- Goods are damaged

- Good and photos are very different (needs to be detailed and reasonably identified)

- Wrong size

- Mismatched goods (wrong colour or product)

Terms and conditions:
- Each order may only be refunded/returned once.
- All goods returned must be maintained in its original state. They must not be used or worn, tags and price cards must be intact, with the original accessories (if any) and original brand packaging.

- Goods must be returned to the company within 7 days from day of purchase.

- Underwear/swimsuits/hair accessories/custom made products are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

- Products on clearance sale are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

Returned goods will be processed within 3 working days upon receiving them.

If there is a problem with the goods, the company will carry out the return handling for customers. Replacement applications are only valid for the same good that has been returned. In the event of a reordered item, the company will refund goods at the same value or higher than the original purchase.

Upon returning an item, shipping and transportation fees are covered by the company.

If there are any disputes, LaYan Kids CluB will have the final say.
